Mike Rhoades (a second generation builder) has completed the Certified Graduate Remodeler program of the National Association of Home Builders. He was one of the first to graduate the Certified Graduate Remodeler program in the state of Michigan. Mike has also received his designation as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders. Each of these designations requires that he attend yearly seminars in order to maintain certification.
